Everyone has a bucket list, even if it isn’t written down.  Here’s my Latin American bucket list (it’s a work in progress – constantly adding items to it):

1. Learn how to speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently

2. Trek in Patagonia (both the Chilean and Argentine side)

3. Scuba diving with Sea lions in Puerto Madryn

4. Scuba dive with Great Whites Shark and Whale Sharks

5. Visit Foz do Iguaçu (Brazil and Argentina)

6. Work and visit the north of Brazil (including a trek in the Amazon)

7. Take hilarious pictures in the Uyni Salt Flats

8. Hike Machu Picchu (no trains or buses!)

9. Scuba dive in the Galapagos

10. Visit Angel Falls in Venezuela

11. Try as much weird food in South America as humanly possible (guinea pig anyone?!)

12. Visit the world’s driest desert in the world: The Atacama Desert

13. Eat steaks and drink glorious Malbec wine in Argentina

14. Take a a photography class

15. Learn how to salsa … well

16. Write and publish a book

17. Sell my photography

18. Work with local Latin American charities 

19. Visit San Blas in Panama 

20. Scuba dive the Blue hole

21. Get all new scuba diving gear (including a replacement for my broken octopus) 

22. Learn how to cook

23. Meet my other half

25. Become successful

26. BRAZIL – CARNIVAL! Let’s do it

27. Try capoeira

28. Learn how to surf

29. Learn more about local culture and immerse myself in different situations – always be open minded!

30. Go on a yoga retreat to reconnect with myself
